Refund and Returns Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation according to the cancellation terms selected at the time of booking.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be charged the first night’s stay.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified without charge.

Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in the full reservation amount being charged.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and may require 5–15 business days depending on the payment provider.

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
